However, as a vegan, I felt excluded because there were no vegan options for lunch, despite stating my dietary preferences when booking through Viator. Why ask for this information if it's going to be disregarded? Additionally, the tour guide didn't offer any assistance with this issue, unlike guides from other tours from the same company and other companies. 😢”

“The staff at the Yerevan Card office were most helpful, especially Arev and Lilet. They arranged excursions (city bus tour, cognac factory tour and tasting, tour to Garni and Geghard) efficiently and communicated well with me regarding times and meeting point (using WhatsApp and phone calls). They also arranged an airport transfer for me reliably and also arranged a shared taxi to a regional city for me. And they were very friendly as well!
