“I liked the "Gyumri (Urban Life Museum, Black Fortress, Old Town), Harichavank" tour. The places we visited were nice, and the information shared was good. However, as a vegan, I felt excluded because there were no vegan options for lunch, despite stating my dietary preferences when booking through Viator. Why ask for this information if it's going to be disregarded? Additionally, the tour guide didn't offer any assistance with this issue, unlike guides from other tours from the same company and other companies. 😢”

Aref is a wonderful guide. One of the absolute highlights for us of our visit was to experience her singing a hymn for us in an old Armenian church.
